for Requirements Based Engineering (processes & tools)
RBE (Requirements Based Engineering) is a discipline, which addresses the management of product requirements during the "product development" process. As Airbus' standard method for specifying and managing requirements it comprises a set of processes, methods and tools to identify, analyse, validate, trace and manage the requirements all along the Product Development Cycle.
Your responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support processes, methods and tools and related activities to RBE such as:
-Capturing needs and support of design engineer activities
-Tool support/administration (e.g. Telelogic DOORS, RTM, CARE)
-Problem and failure analysis within the scope of the deployed methods and tools
-Ongoing process and tool improvements and harmonization
Your profile:
-Engineering or economic/technical academic degree
-Interest & affinity to quickly identify and solve technical & procedural issues
-Good communication and language skills:
At least 2 of the following languages are fluent (an additional language is a plus): English, French, Spanish or German
-Ability to work in international teams
-Basic understanding of Information Technology and/or Systems Engineering
-Preferably first experience in Engineering or Project Management
-First experience in programming (e.g. C, C++) and/or Telelogic DOORS is a plus
